We we have updated the Contomobile Terms of Use and the Price List, that will take effect on 1 November, 2025. We have briefly summarized the changes below.

Personal Customers

Terms of Use for Personal Customers

Please be informed that the following terms have changed:

• in the Introduction, we have included a detailed list of services provided by Contomobile and clarified that these Terms of Use apply only to Personal Customers who use Contomobile services for their own personal purposes and do not apply to Business Customers, (including legal entities or individuals) that use Contomobile services for commercial, business, or professional purposes (item 1);
• persons under the age of 18 are no longer permitted to use Contomobile services (item 3.5);
• we have clarified the condition regarding updates to the Know-Your-Customer form (item 4.2);
• we have eliminated the Payment Transaction Limit (item 7.1);
• we have clarified the condition for execution of payment orders in the event that there are insufficient funds in your account (item 8.3.2); and
• we have made some other changes, including removing redundant or duplicative terms, which should not materially affect your use of our Services.

Price List

Please be informed that the following has changed:

• account management fee for non-residents of the Republic of Lithuania;
• funds administration fee when a Contomobile account is closed;
• international (non-SEPA) payment fees;
• service plan fees;
• payment initiation service fees;
• payment collection fees for settling by payment cards.

Please note that the Price List for Personal Customers applies different prices for residents of the Republic of Lithuania, residents of the European Union, and non-European Union residents. Please ensure that you select the appropriate pricing for your account. 

Business Customers

Terms of Use for Business Customers

Please be informed that the following terms have changed:

• in the Introduction, we have included a detailed list of services provided by Contomobile and clarified that these Terms of Use apply only to Business Customers, i.e. any customers (including legal entities or individuals) that use Contomobile services for any purpose connected with a trade, business, or profession (item 1);
• we have clarified the condition regarding updates to the Know-Your-Customer form (item 4.2);
• we have eliminated the payment transaction limit (item 7.1);
• we have clarified the condition for execution of payment orders in the event that there are insufficient funds in your account (item 8.3.2);
• we have updated the list of prohibited activities, and activities that require our advance written consent (items 11.1.7 and 11.1.8);
• we have updated and clarified our terms in relation to liability (item 13); and
• we have made some other changes, including removing redundant or duplicative terms, which should not materially affect your use of our Services.
