We have updated the Contomobile Terms to clarify certain terms and how they will apply to your use of our services. The changes are intended to make our terms easier to understand, and principally clarify:

  • the steps that we may take if we consider that it is necessary for us to ask you to update your “Know Your Customer” data;
  • your obligations in relation to your Security Credentials, and how you should contact us to report a security issue;
  • how you may download a copy of your statement, and the minimum period that Payment Transaction Data will be available via the Contomobile App or Self-Service Portal; and
  • how we acknowledge complaints and, for the benefit of customers in the United Kingdom, to provide some information about the Financial Ombudsman Service.

The updated Contomobile Terms will come into effect on 1 February 2021.
