We have updated the Contomobile Terms to clarify certain terms and how they will apply to your use of our services. The changes are intended to make our terms easier to understand, and principally clarify:
The updated Contomobile Terms will come into effect on 1 February 2021.

We have introduced additional terms governing our new Service Plans (clause 5);
clarified the terms relating to postponed execution of a payment order (clause 8.3);
simplified our terms so that they apply to all business customers (this means that the Terms of Use no longer distinguish between Corporate Customers and Small Businesses – which may affect: the period of time that you have to report an unauthorised or incorrectly executed transaction (clause 12.11); liability (clause 13); the application of the corporate-opt out (clause 17); and, for customers located in the United Kingdom, complaints (clause 18.7)).
